Mirage was up next, and in line with previous developments, early upsets took place where fnatic's T side was on the receiving end. A successful pistol round for the Swedes was met with a momentum sway that meant an early lead for Aaron "⁠AZR⁠" Ward and company. The advantage was short-lived for the Aussies, as retaliation came later in the form of a Deagle triple kill from KRIMZ to tie the score at five apiece. A crafty B execute from the Swedes was the final conversion of the initial half, as 100 Thieves stepped onto the T side with a 9-6 surplus.
